Responsibilities

  • Traiter les commandes, les crédits, les requêtes liées aux kits de prêt, les demandes d’ordre de réparation
  • Organiser les retours et collectes et gérer les demandes de prix et preuves de livraison
  • Gérer les appels et e-mails entrants
  • Communiquer de manière proactive avec les clients internes et externes
  • Enquêter et résoudre les litiges liés aux factures
  • Consigner et effectuer le suivi de la résolution des problèmes et revenir vers le client à ce sujet
