Role Context (Leafio)

Leafio works with thousands of pharmacies across Australia, providing them with alternative healthcare brands and products. Its east coast warehouses dispatch daily to a network of over 3,000 pharmacies.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive channel strategy to maximize revenue opportunities and market penetration.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
  • Partnership Management: Develop and nurture partnerships with supply groups and key stakeholders.
  • Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent product supply and alignment with company strategy.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms of partnership agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze channel partner performance using analytics and KPIs.
  • Financial Reporting: Track and analyze financial performance, including forecasting, gross margins, and budget management.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to expand market reach and competitive positioning.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the medical cannabis landscape and wholesale market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
  • Experience in partnership management.
