Responsibilities

As a Channel Manager, you will develop and maintain positive relationships with channel partners and internal divisions, access all divisions’ channels providing an overall score and ensuring seamless operations, support the onboarding and offboarding processes for channel partners, monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, provide constructive feedback and mentorship, collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies, identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the channel network, and successfully implement strategies to improve channel performance and drive sales growth.
