Requirements

  • Proven track record of success
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Proficient in data analysis tools and skilled at extracting strategic insights from data
  • Strong business negotiation skills and the ability to independently design contract terms and engage in strategic bargaining

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and expansion of overseas market game virtual point card distribution channels
  • Negotiate and implement partnerships with agents, distributors, local payment platforms, and e-commerce channels
  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop regional channel expansion strategies
  • Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships
  • Maintain existing overseas channel relationships, regularly evaluating effectiveness and optimizing settlement processes and profit distribution mechanisms
  • Improve channel contribution rates
  • Resolve channel operational issues (e.g., inventory, settlement disputes, compliance risks) to ensure stability
  • Conduct market research to understand policies, competitive dynamics, and user needs
  • Produce market entry strategy reports
  • Collaborate with the product team to localize games
  • Develop channel sales targets and incentive policies, monitoring data and adjusting strategies
  • Establish a channel business compliance risk assessment model and regularly output risk reports
  • Collaborate with legal and tax teams to develop response plans
