Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience
  • A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy
  • Experience with computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and administrative skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID required effective May 7, 2025, to access the federal facility

Responsibilities

  • Update and adjust COM schedules based on technician production, absences and changes
  • Coordinate QA, and punch list corrections to ensure timely completion
  • Verify that labor and parts entries are entered on all work orders
  • Reconcile technician labor hours in Yardi
  • SuiteSpot Administrator to facilitate proper access, update team capacity and demand
  • Schedule and adjust technician’s daily work load
  • Ensure prompt payment of purchase orders for COM activities and update vendor information in Suite Spot in alignment with WOMAs
  • Ensure consistent and accurate communication between maintenance department and community/leasing offices
  • Generate and review appropriate weekly and monthly maintenance reports to determine if there are any current or potential issues
  • Responsible for duties of COM Manager, Other Department Managers, Resource Manager and Field Supervisors in their absence or as required
