Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of National Freight Brokers and Leads, ensuring performance targets are met
Actively contribute to carrier sales by negotiating rates, covering loads, and building relationships
Oversee the launch and operational setup of a new Total Logistics location, including staffing, infrastructure, and compliance
Develop and implement strategic plans to grow carrier networks and improve gross profit margins
Monitor team KPIs including call volumes, load coverage, and carrier relationships
Collaborate with senior leadership to align logistics operations with company goals
Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations
Provide coaching, training, and career development for team members
Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
