As a Carrier Account Representative, the primary responsibilities include establishing and growing relationships with carrier partners nationwide, managing those carrier partners developed during training, sharpening relationship-building and customer service skills alongside the Carrier team and manager, building internal relationships with the Business Development team, emphasizing service through KPIs like on-time deliveries and proactive tracking, and earning industry certifications to source capacity for various service offerings.
