The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, acting as the voice of Beyond Finance and connecting Sales and Operations teams. Responsibilities include providing best-in-class customer service over the phone by responding to requests, anticipating needs, and educating clients on programs. Representatives will analyze client problems, provide timely solutions, handle difficult calls professionally, document outcomes, and independently resolve client requests. They will also develop positive client relations, coordinate with other departments, operate a desktop computer to manage client accounts in the CRM, and utilize resource materials to resolve inquiries. The role involves handling a high volume of clients in a remote call center environment.
