Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-support, education, or communication
- Bilingual in English + Dutch
- Passion for caring for members and solving their problems
- Love written communication
- Comfortable with computers and technology in general
- Very empathetic mindset
- Motivated and entrepreneurial
- Enthusiasm for teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Full-time availability within A2-C0 level range (bonus: knowledge of Belgian healthcare system)
Responsibilities
- Handle members' requests via chat, email, and phone in a meaningful, delightful, and timely manner, being transparent, accurate, clear, and helpful
- Work on projects to implement better processes and tools, analyze issues, identify improvements, and contribute to the product
- Pass a basic insurance knowledge test within the first year (covered by Alan)
- Help build, nurture, and enhance the Belgium care team
- Learn and become an expert in healthcare and insurance, supporting new team members
