Responsibilities

  • Handle members' requests via chat, email, and phone in a meaningful, delightful, and timely manner, being transparent, accurate, clear, and helpful
  • Work on projects to implement better processes and tools, analyze issues, identify improvements, and contribute to the product
  • Pass a basic insurance knowledge test within the first year (covered by Alan)
  • Help build, nurture, and enhance the Belgium care team
  • Learn and become an expert in healthcare and insurance, supporting new team members
