Requirements

Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish and possess experience in outbound call centers, inside sales, telephonic outreach, or patient engagement roles, ideally within healthcare or health tech. Strong written and verbal communication, persuasion, and active listening skills are essential, along with the ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy and empathy. Comfort working with productivity targets and quality metrics in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment is required, as is a high comfort level with technology like Google Suite and CRMs. The role also requires the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Care Advocates will conduct high-volume outbound calls and multichannel outreach to introduce TailorCare's services and support patient enrollment. They will clearly and empathetically communicate the value proposition, tailor conversations to patient needs, and build trust using active listening and motivational interviewing. Responsibilities include identifying and addressing patient barriers, maintaining professionalism, documenting interactions accurately, and meeting performance targets. Additionally, they will coordinate patient handoffs, participate in team meetings, and surface feedback for continuous improvement.
