Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and a good understanding of the Pharmaceutical Sales Consultant role, with proven ability to develop strong customer relationships and previous experience in working with Specialists, General/Family Practitioners, and Pharmacy in the Winnipeg area. They should have a winning mindset, flexibility, and agility, along with strong business acumen, digital savviness, and the ability to optimize the use of business insights tools like Veeva, IQVIA, and Tableau. Proficiency in data analysis and hospital/account sales experience are also required, as well as recent recognition of leadership, teamwork, customer focus, and performance, and experience managing regional, national, and global thought leaders.

Responsibilities

As a Lilly Sales Consultant, the individual will enhance the customer experience by identifying critical needs and delivering optimal pharmaceutical-based healthcare solutions to customers, developing deep knowledge of the healthcare system, disease state, product portfolio, and therapeutic options. They will develop relationships with customers such as family physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals, respond quickly to customer concerns, identify and offer multi-channel solutions, analyze territory data, and implement a detailed territory plan for their portfolio.
