The Pharmacy Program Manager will serve as the primary relationship holder for a strategic pharmacy portfolio, specifically within the Senior Living market, providing guidance on business, operational, and market discussions. They will achieve operational pharmacy implementation objectives by designing communication and implementation strategies, conducting periodic business reviews, managing escalated issues, and advocating for pharmacy partners within PointClickCare. This role involves liaising with internal departments to prioritize issues and enhancement requests, acting as an internal expert on the pharmacy industry, and participating in user communities. Furthermore, the manager will build communication strategies to inform and educate the PointClickCare pharmacy market and develop strategies to expand PointClickCare’s pharmacy business in the Senior Living market.
