Requirements

The ideal candidate will be strategic, collaborative, and operationally-minded, with experience in developing and maintaining relationships with pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer partners. They should also have experience managing and executing contracting processes, including RFPs, and possess expertise in landscape analyses, proposal development, and negotiation. A proven ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and serve as an internal subject matter expert on fertility pharmacy programs is essential. External representation at industry events is also a requirement.

Responsibilities

The Senior Fertility Market Strategy Manager will own the strategy and operations for Maven’s fertility pharmacy program. This includes cultivating high-impact partnerships with specialty pharmacy partners and pharmaceutical manufacturers, shaping partner and member experiences, and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves leading cross-functional efforts to refine engagement, support, and evolution of the fertility care ecosystem to improve access, quality, and value for members. Responsibilities also include serving as an internal subject matter expert, supporting commercial and growth efforts, and participating in client meetings. Additionally, the manager will lead initiatives related to ecosystem changes, such as onboarding new partners or adjusting network offerings, and act as an external ambassador at industry events.
