Requirements
Candidates must reside in the Columbus or Toledo, Ohio area and have access to reliable personal transportation with a willingness and ability to drive across Ohio. Strong communication, accountability, problem-solving skills, empathy, and relationship skills are essential. Open schedule availability is required, and bilingualism and healthcare/insurance experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
Field Support Representatives will support members by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring access to care in Ohio. They will visit clients onsite across Ohio to support members in navigating their plans, act as in-person support for client groups and members, and assist the Account Management team in establishing positive relationships with key individuals and HR departments. Responsibilities also include handling traditional member care tasks such as answering calls, responding to web chats, and emails, providing excellent customer service, and building rapport with existing members.
