Requirements

Candidates should have 0-1 years of professional experience in digital advertising, demonstrating experience using data to solve problems with tools such as Excel, Tableau, Looker, or SQL, and possess a customer service oriented approach. Comfort working on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on variable inputs is also required, along with excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

The Campaign Operations Analyst will work closely with Sales and Client Success to prevent and resolve pre- and post-launch issues, handle inbound requests, leverage reporting to proactively monitor campaign performance, and timely escalate and follow through to resolution on all issues outside of individual scope. This role also involves frequent, consistent communication across internal and external teams, conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences, and contributing to processes and documentation on campaign setup, validation, and troubleshooting. Additionally, the analyst will participate in shift coverage spanning 9AM to 6PM EST.
