Responsibilities

Work with diverse vendors to choose the best product mix for in-store and online channels
Determine localization, calibrate market positioning, and act as brand managers
Own a wide SKU count to ensure varied and challenging work
Create omni-channel growth by planning profitable and locally relevant assortments using knowledge of guest shopping behavior, assortment requirements, and competitors
Influence and negotiate with vendors to achieve results and identify gaps and opportunities
Translate financial metrics and data into actionable strategies while reacting flexibly to business results
Lead cross-functional teams to drive category results and manage progress toward sales and margin goals
Partner with product designers, category managers, and vendors to guide product development and source appropriately for the category
Interact with Associate Buyers, Senior Merchandise Specialists, Pricing and Promotion Center of Excellence, Planning, Site Merchandising, Item Center of Excellence, and other partners to support promotional planning across channels
