Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field and have over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst. Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and proficiency with Workboard, JIRA, and Tableau from a user perspective are essential. Proven experience in developing and delivering training, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong process mapping and workflow design skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions are also required. Bonus points for experience in the cybersecurity industry, knowledge of IT Service Management best practices, experience with Agile methodologies, background in OKR implementation and tracking, expertise in data visualization, experience in process improvement methodologies, a track record of successful business transformation initiatives, and strong stakeholder management skills.
The Business Systems Analyst will gather and document business requirements for IT processes and workflows, design and optimize workflows across Workboard and JIRA platforms, and create insightful Tableau dashboards for OKR and SDLC metrics. This role involves developing and delivering training programs to enhance tool adoption, creating and maintaining documentation, user guides, and best practices, and identifying opportunities for process improvement in the IT SDLC. The analyst will partner with teams to optimize OKR tracking and reporting, drive continuous improvement through workflow optimization, and be responsible for creating or maintaining a Workboard champion/coach community.
