Candidates should have experience in the unemployment claims management industry and experience working directly with clients to gather information, provide guidance, and build long-term partnerships. Experience assessing claim outcomes, analyzing unfavorable determinations, and advising on appeal strategies is required, along with experience using the Bullhorn platform and proficiency in Microsoft Applications.
The UI Claims Analyst will audit and update claim response templates, communicate with clients to gather documentation, and draft and submit responses to new claims. They will track claim outcomes, analyze success rates, report on volume and outcomes to leadership, and identify opportunities to improve claim handling processes. Responsibilities also include advising clients on appeal options, filing appeals, confirming hearing schedules, analyzing appeal outcomes, and recommending improvements to appeal strategies. The role involves scheduling client check-ins, sharing best practices, evaluating client satisfaction, ensuring submissions meet regulatory standards, staying updated on state agency requirements, and identifying opportunities to promote company services.
