Responsibilities

The Business Success Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for Monzo's most complex business clients, building trust and confidence in the bank's products and services. Responsibilities include managing and resolving customer queries from start to finish, identifying opportunities for customers to gain more value from Monzo's offerings, and supporting businesses through onboarding and growth milestones. The role also involves engaging in value-led conversations to uncover unmet needs, spotting trends in business accounts to suggest improvements, acting as a subject matter expert for complex customer issues, and collaborating with Operations and Product teams to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
