Requirements

Responsibilities

The Business Solution Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted sales strategies for GPOs, negotiating and finalizing long-term framework agreements with purchasing groups, translating GPO agreements into operational measures in close collaboration with regional sales teams, monitoring market trends and strategically adapting to maintain competitiveness, developing scalable, customer-specific business models for innovative navigation systems and digital solutions, training and equipping field teams to successfully market these technologies, coordinating closely with marketing, clinic, and technical teams to support product launches, identifying synergies and cross-selling potential between implants and digital technologies, and contributing to the overall success of the spine sales strategy.
