Requirements

  • Broad range of industry knowledge and experience of technology roadmaps and innovation potential across CRM platforms
  • Extensive expertise in business and sales operations processes and their application to business-wide systems, particularly CRM systems and platforms including SFDC
  • Master level knowledge of Salesforce.com roadmaps and capabilities including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AI offerings including Agentforce and Data Cloud
  • Extensive experience designing and developing business-wide sales operations support systems and solutions
  • Proven track record and history of delivering innovation within CRM – SFDC with examples of supporting new technologies and practices
  • Extensive experience in delivering process and operational improvements in CRM – SFDC
  • Proven experience presenting complex platform issues, impact and solutions at the leadership level
  • Strong presentation and communication skills and abilities
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 10+ years experience
  • Strong analytical and systems thinking to identify interdependencies across processes
  • Ability to assess upstream and downstream impacts of changes
  • Focus on platform efficiency, avoiding excessive customization to preserve storage and performance
  • Skilled in managing release cycles and translating business needs into platform solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Reside in the USA, Canada or Mexico

Responsibilities

  • Recommend, design and support the execution of SFDC processes across multiple capabilities to meet requirements and platform standards, while delivering business value, aligned to HPE's Sales Experience strategy and focus
  • Build relationships across the business units with customer, partner and sales facing teams and recommend best-in-class SFDC solutions for customers and partners
  • Act as a critical interface with cross functional teams such as IT, vendors, marketing, business units, as well as global functions
  • Oversee the appropriate use of customer and sales data for customer and business decisions related to SFDC CRM capabilities
  • Provide reporting and analytics related to impact, usage and adoption
  • Support the management and execution of SFDC platform processes across multiple capabilities to meet both requirements and platform standards
  • Support the Release Management process throughout all phases from scope through delivery, validation and support
