We are seeking an entrepreneurial and motivated Business Operations Specialist to join our team and ensure our daily operations run smoothly as we work to empower workers and businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Traba's daily operations and ensure flawless execution of all shifts posted on our marketplace.
  • Prepare for and troubleshoot in real-time to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate closely with the Territory Operations Manager to understand and shape daily operations according to unique customer needs.
  • Ensure a positive and trusted experience for our workers on the platform, before, during, and after their shifts.
  • Resolve worker support issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with and manage workers to meet client staffing requirements.
  • Ensure accurate worker clock-in and clock-out times for precise payment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, tooling, and product for greater efficiency.
  • Support forward-filling or worker-vetting initiatives as needed.
  • Assist in building standard operating procedures and continuously improving them.
  • Learn and master multiple internal systems.
  • Help workers understand how to use the Traba app and handle sensitive, complex user-facing issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in a customer success, business support, or similar role at a fast-growth company.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple critical tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ownership mentality and a strong work ethic.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude with strong customer empathy and care for workers.
  • Customer management skills, including problem-solving, setting expectations, and building relationships.
  • Grit and willingness to tackle tasks hands-on.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail balanced with swift execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
