Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in Business or Strategy Operations at a high-growth tech company, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity. Excellent business and technical acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to manage effectively with ambiguity are required. Responsibilities

The Business Operations & Strategy professional will work cross-functionally to scale a high-growth startup, anticipating and solving challenges as the company grows. Key responsibilities include developing goals consistent with the strategic vision, tracking progress, designing strategic board presentations and investor materials, and crafting executive communication. The role involves evaluating and reshaping pricing and packaging strategy, reducing duplication in business systems, setting up processes to streamline systems, and accelerating the use of AI tools. Additionally, responsibilities include simplifying procurement processes, evaluating international expansion strategy, designing and improving business processes and internal systems, and owning end-to-end special projects from scoping to execution and measurement.
