Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data administration, data management, or operations support. Functional knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform is required, as is proficiency with databases and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, or Power BI. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills are also essential. The ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment is necessary, and candidates must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

The Data Analyst will maintain and update internal databases, records, and systems to ensure the accuracy and consistency of client, trade, and operational data. This role involves importing, validating, and cleaning data from multiple sources, identifying discrepancies, and resolving data quality issues. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining data documentation and standard operating procedures, motivating and instilling accountability in other end-users, and preparing reports for business leaders, compliance, and client service teams. The analyst will collaborate with IT, operations, and sales teams on data-related initiatives and troubleshooting, support data migrations, and assist in the onboarding/offboarding of systems and users. Additionally, the role involves helping to implement improvements to data workflows and automating repetitive processes.
