Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Independently handle music copyright authorization requests and contract processes efficiently, ensuring complete and accurate copyright information for reliable operational support
  • Demonstrate high responsibility to complete every task with top quality
  • Improve operational efficiency by performing data entry, integration, and maintenance of internal copyright historical data; drive process optimizations to shorten handling times
  • Establish and maintain good working relationships with relevant departments for smooth information flow and efficient collaboration; adapt communication based on feedback to enhance cooperation
  • Promote and use Salesforce system to elevate business process digitization; quickly learn new tools and apply experience to optimize other systems or processes
  • Provide ad-hoc team support, including data analysis, reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Maintain high standards of positivity, interpersonal skills, and technical abilities to contribute to team goals; show initiative by summarizing experiences from tasks and applying them to related work to improve overall quality
