Candidates need a post graduate diploma, university degree or equivalent, minimum 7 years of work experience in e-commerce, supply chain, and customer experience with IT solutions, minimum 3 years in Med. Tech., Pharma, or consumer goods, proven track record in leading IT delivery teams and service provider governance, project management skills (classical & agile), action-oriented team-player qualities, and strong analytical skills.
You will be part of the EMEAP Business Operations Team, working in close alignment with global and local Digital Excellence strategy, internal and external stakeholders, BRM and IT teams, external 3rd parties, and different functional teams globally or within countries.
A strong candidate has a proven track record in leading internal IT delivery teams and service provider governance, strong project management and organizational skills in classical and agile methods, is an action and solution-oriented team-player who takes accountability, and possesses strong analytical skills for documenting business requirements.
