Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, developer tools, or crypto SaaS. A strong understanding of the Web3 landscape, including major ecosystems like Ethereum, Solana, and L2s, is essential. Proficiency with sales and communication tools such as Slack, Discord, Telegram, Salesforce, and Outreach is required. Familiarity with crypto-native tooling like Dune, Etherscan, and Snapshot is a plus. Candidates should possess strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences and be comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will engage with Web3-native teams and crypto-adjacent companies to understand their goals and educate them on the company's platform. This involves conducting strategic outbound prospecting through various social and communication platforms, qualifying inbound leads from blockchain projects and decentralized organizations, and setting up high-quality discovery calls. Responsibilities also include collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to refine outbound strategies, capturing and sharing customer feedback, tracking activities in CRM, and meeting or exceeding KPIs for outreach and pipeline growth.
