Requirements

Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, with fintech, telco/wireless, or early-stage SaaS experience being a plus. A builder mentality, strong communication skills, high-energy, and performance-driven nature are required, along with the ability to make 100+ calls per day and experience with CRM tools like HubSpot is a bonus.

Responsibilities

As a Business Development Representative, you will own the top-of-funnel by identifying and engaging potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and creative prospecting strategies, reactivate cold leads, reach out to high-potential prospects, qualify and convert inbound leads, collaborate with Advisors to optimize hand-offs and conversions, maintain accurate records in HubSpot, track pipeline health, report on outreach and conversion metrics, analyze lead data, run tests on outreach sequences, continuously improve performance, share insights with Sales and Marketing, and help define what “great” looks like in the BDR role while striving to exceed it. You will also position yourself for internal growth into a licensed advisor role by building a strong foundation in process, outreach, and customer experience.
