As a Business Development Representative, the primary responsibilities include uncovering and creating well-qualified new opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and utilizing Salesforce, as well as executing outbound campaigns to book demos/meetings with relevant leads, researching and prospecting ideal customers, understanding the business needs and buying cycle of leads, building and nurturing preliminary relationships, working closely with Account Executives to accelerate the sales cycle, representing Aircall with integrity, and utilizing Salesforce and other tools for daily activity and process.
