In this role, you will serve as a Business Development Representative driving new business in target segments for Deputy. You will be collaborating cross-functionally with different stakeholders to execute on a new outbound strategy. We’re looking for a positive, outgoing, and ambitious individual to join the team and help drive our sales efforts. This person will work predominantly on sourcing and building pipelines for our Account Executives in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. Specifically, you will be working on building relationships with leads in our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), with a mix of social selling, traditional inbound email and calls, text messaging, and whatever tactics necessary to book demos for the Account Executives (AEs).

Deputy is a workforce management platform that simplifies staff scheduling, labor cost control, and timesheet management for businesses of all sizes. It allows users to create and share schedules easily, reducing scheduling workload by up to 50%, and includes features for demand planning and compliance with labor laws.
