The Role 🚀

We're looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in SaaS, fluent in English, and based in Mexico or Colombia. You must be comfortable working remotely and prospecting into the US market.

Responsibilities

  • Contact key account prospects to secure qualified meetings with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital directors).
  • Manage inbound leads and respond to their inquiries about our solutions.
  • Give an excellent first impression to prospects and clients.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Sales team to grow their sales pipeline, drive sales, and help build a first-class team.
  • Maintain high-quality relationships with different leads through follow-ups, personalized and creative messaging to increase interest in our solutions.
  • Reach weekly goals for creating new opportunities and generating concrete sales.
  • Generate new business opportunities through events, marketing initiatives, and various proactive approaches.

Requirements

  • Experience: First experience required in prospecting.
  • Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English.
  • Location: Based in Mexico or Colombia.
  • Work Environment: Comfortable working remotely and prospecting into the US market.
  • Personality: Dynamic, confident, and challenging in your sales pitch.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Naturally curious.
    • Comfortable with the ‘hunting’ aspect of the sales role.
    • Eager to work in a tech company.
    • Take initiative.
    • Performance-driven mindset.
