Business Development Representative

Candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles, with prior exposure to outbound sales, including cold calling, and familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. A background or interest in life sciences, SaaS, or STEM fields is preferred.
The Business Development Representative will prospect into target accounts using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics, own daily call blocks and structured outreach efforts, qualify inbound leads, identify high-potential accounts, set high-quality meetings, nurture early-stage opportunities, partner with internal teams, track activity, and manage pipeline through Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and hit or exceed monthly KPIs across call volume, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
