Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Skills:
    • Prior exposure to outbound sales, including cold calling, is required.
    • Strong communication skills and confidence in navigating conversations with senior decision-makers.
    • Familiarity with sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach/SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Willingness to work EMEA hours and adapt to regional nuances in communication and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into target accounts using cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics.
  • Own daily call blocks and structured outreach efforts, maintaining a consistent outbound motion.
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential accounts for further engagement.
  • Set high-quality meetings and nurture early-stage opportunities to fuel pipeline for the sales team.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to tailor strategies for target accounts across EMEA.
  • Track activity and manage pipeline through Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Hit or exceed monthly KPIs across call volume, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
