Business Development Representative

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and previous sales experience in a BDR role (1-3 years), preferably in software or financial services sales. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with organizational skills and a strong work ethic are required, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The Business Development Representative will generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting activities such as cold calling, list building, emailing, and social media outreach, schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team, maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system, conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, and initiate the early stages of the sales process.
