Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be self-motivated, and demonstrate strong time management abilities. They should also be a team player with a positive attitude and have a proven ability to manage leads from multiple sources.
The Business Development Representative will conduct a high volume of prospecting for qualified leads, work closely with marketing and field sales representatives, aggressively identify and qualify new business opportunities through targeted outbound and inbound campaigns, schedule meetings for sales representatives, attend conference calls, consistently log all sales-related activity in Salesforce, report progress weekly, hunt and gather leads, actively participate in process improvements, and sell accounts while prospecting.
