Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will drive business, brand loyalty, and recognition in a defined Texas territory through new salon/spa business development and existing account growth. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with salon owners and staff, managing rotation for new and existing business, maintaining a pipeline of potential new business, and collaborating with the Salon Director on sell-in and sell-through strategies. The role involves delivering in-salon presentations and product classes, launching new salons, selling new products to existing accounts, achieving revenue goals through education and consultation, supporting retail sales via merchandising and promotions, managing a systematic meeting schedule, executing strategic education plans, and promoting company-sponsored events. Frequent overnight travel up to 70% within the territory is required.
