The Account Executive will sell Padlet’s software, monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America, develop HR policies to ensure compliance, conduct audits, deliver training, advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies, and potentially work with colleagues like Julia Carnes and Colin Teahan.
