Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and close new business: Generate pipeline of qualified leads, close high-value deals across key verticals within 6–12 months, meet or exceed revenue targets using AI-enabled tools
  • Grow strategic accounts: Identify additional applications, partner with engineering teams for tailored solutions, drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells using CRM data
  • Drive market penetration: Design and implement go-to-market strategies, build partnerships with OEMs/integrators, provide quarterly KPI reports (pipeline growth, win rates, customer expansion)
  • Conduct market analysis: Complete detailed analysis of segments, competitors, and trends within 60 days using AI tools to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with technical teams: Partner with Application Engineering for client-specific solutions, streamline proposals, and ensure seamless sales-to-execution handoff
  • Lead project management for key sales wins: Oversee timelines, stakeholder alignment, provide updates, and manage client expectations
  • Launch growth initiatives: Lead strategic expansion (e.g., new vertical, major partnership, campaign) within 12 months and track/report results
