Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im technischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise in der chemischen Industrie oder im Bereich Industriegase
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge in der eigenverantwortlichen Kundenbetreuung und in komplexen Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Präsentationsstärke

Responsibilities

  • Verantwortung für Umsatz und Profitabilität im Vertriebsgebiet Westdeutschland
  • Betreuung und Ausbau von ca. 30 Bestandskunden sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien für neue Märkte und Anwendungen im CO₂-Bereich
  • Eigenständige Vertragsverhandlungen inkl. Preisgestaltung und Vertragsverlängerungen
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams als Produktexperte für CO₂
  • Teilnahme an Fachmessen und Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Pflege von Kundendaten und Forecasts im CRM-System
