The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics in these markets. Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor or equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition, Business Development, or B2B sales.
  • Industry Preference: Ideally within IT Services or Staffing/Consulting industries.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in the EU.
  • Other:
    • Self-driven and able to operate autonomously.
    • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
    • Must be authorized to work in the EU without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients across Europe through various outreach channels.
  • Client Outreach: Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Market Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase our solutions and their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Work with internal teams to close deals, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and handling client inquiries.
  • Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
