Responsibilities

The Director of Business Development Operations will maintain and enforce a rigorous vetting framework for opportunities, partner with sales and leadership to validate strategic fit and impact, serve as the single point of accountability for each opportunity from brief to close, organize internal teams and ensure timely, high-quality proposal delivery, own the full proposal process including structure, story, and schedule, and coordinate the development of compelling deliverables such as approach, budget, timeline, and pricing. They will also create and maintain reusable proposal assets and enable other teams involved in the proposal process.
