Responsibilities

  • Participate in the design and optimization of the Fluentbe sales system and offerings alongside the executive team.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, personalizing solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Achieve sales targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.
  • Develop and improve Fluentbe solutions based on client feedback and suggestions.
  • Monitor sales effectiveness and implement innovative methods and action plans in response to changing market demands.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to achieve measurable results in B2B customer acquisition and building lasting business relationships.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in B2B sales to HR departments.
  • Passion for language education and comfort within the field of linguistic products.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies and viewing established goals as a positive challenge.
  • Ability to effectively diagnose client needs and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Ability to thrive both in team environments and independently managing projects.
  • Market sensitivity and the ability to adapt the offering to current trends.
  • Understanding of the importance of employee language training and its impact on customer satisfaction and business development.
  • Documented success in consultative sales to large commercial entities.
  • Client meetings and prospecting as a source of positive energy and satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.

  • English language proficiency.
