Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry (CDMO or CRO). Strong understanding of the clinical trial landscape and experience with PSG services are essential. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
The Business Development Lead will identify and lead new business opportunities with customers, develop valuable solutions and partnerships, secure new business through contract negotiation and integration, perform competitive analysis, review sales strategies, and ensure timely pursuit of leads. They will also serve as an Account leader, develop business development strategies, provide customer support, conduct business reviews, and contribute to customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.
