Responsibilities

The Business Development Director will be responsible for building strategic relationships with prospective business partners, communicating HopSkipDrive’s value proposition, and developing lasting relationships with key decision-makers through various sales formats including email, in-person meetings, and conferences. They will also identify and understand the transportation challenges of prospects, tailor proposals accordingly, and partner cross-functionally with Strategic Account Executives to close deals while demonstrating curiosity and compassion towards clients’ goals and motivations.
