Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and ideally have 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to conduct market research and generate leads. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies is preferred.
The Business Development Associate will be responsible for lead generation through online research, social media, and networking events, maintaining and updating lead databases, performing list scrubbing and contact scrubbing, assisting in the planning and execution of outbound marketing campaigns, tracking and reporting on campaign performance, conducting market research on industry trends and competitor offerings, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights. They will also generate regular reports on lead generation activities and present findings to management.
