Requirements

Open for fresh graduates with a 4-year degree, preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Preferably 2+ years of experience in analytics, business process design, or consulting
Strong working knowledge of data analytics using Excel (building usable reports)
Exposure in the sales operations and/or SaaS industry
Experience utilizing Salesforce or other enterprise-grade CRMs
Excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage sales performance metrics and monitor sales credits and bookings
Systematize and resolve sales crediting disputes to ensure the accuracy of sales commissions
Design and adapt crediting processes and sales reports as the business evolves
Validate crediting data, identify computational/mathematical gaps, and ensure that credit guidelines and company policies are applied to all sales
Create management reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Excel) to monitor daily operations and performance
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and expand business know-how
Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal stakeholders
Act as a point of contact (POC) to ensure effective communication and manage expectations within the company
Establish a regular reporting cadence with business unit management to promote a data-driven approach to monitoring business operations
