Requirements

  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Background in audience engagement, solution marketing and promotion
  • Experience with content development tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Miro, or any video edition software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iSpring, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (substitutions: High School Diploma/GED + 7 years directly related experience; Associate degree + 3 years directly related experience; Master's degree substitutes for 2 years general experience; nationally recognized certification substitutes for 1 year experience)
  • Preferred: Experience with Comply365 implementation
  • Preferred: Proven experience in process design, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation
  • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to ask the right questions and align with business goals
  • Preferred: Strong command of Visio for process mapping
  • Preferred: Background in organizational transformation and software implementation projects
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and documentation best practices

Responsibilities

  • Conduct insightful stakeholder interviews to extract vision and translate it into actionable workflows and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to define, map, and validate end-to-end processes
  • Document high-quality, intuitive process and data flows using Visio
  • Provide ad hoc data analysis to support business analysis, Change Management, and delivering a data driven solution
  • Assist in defining testing scenarios, conducting testing, and validating business requirements
  • Support software implementation efforts, from persona definition to user engagement and field adoption
  • Support development of communications for both end users and executive level audiences
  • Act as a friendly ambassador for both the product and the end users—supporting tech adoption, surfacing practical insights, and lead with empathy on reported issues
  • Create content to communicate all aspects of the project (e.g., infographics, posters, video, flow charts, etc.)
