Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and have over 4 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of database management principles, PC office software, and segmentation tools is required. Intermediate Excel skills and a good grasp of FCRA and Experian business rules for CPMS batch products are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst II will critique customer specifications, develop project plans and mail population segments, and assess resources for program delivery. They will make technical decisions on project direction and processing using advanced segmentation techniques, manage program scheduling and personnel, and conduct final quality analysis on program output. Additionally, they will manage multiple accounts simultaneously, assess client requirements, position company products, identify new business opportunities, support team members with technical adjustments, prepare program billing, and provide technical consultation for client programs.
