Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and have 4+ years of experience. A strong understanding of database management principles, PC office software, and segmentation tools is required, along with intermediate Excel skills. Knowledge of FCRA and Experian business rules related to CPMS batch products and services is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst II will critique customer specifications, develop project plans, and create mail population segments. They will assess and select resources for program delivery, make technical decisions on project direction and processing using modeling specifications, and serve as the project manager for program scheduling and operational personnel. Responsibilities include conducting final quality analysis, managing multiple accounts and programs, assessing client requirements, positioning company products, identifying new business opportunities, supporting team members with technical adjustments, preparing program billing, and providing technical consultation for client programs.
