Responsibilities

The Breast Cancer Screening Advocate will coordinate mammogram appointments with external facilities, acting as the key link between patients, Color’s care team, and screening facilities. Responsibilities include calling healthcare facilities to book appointments based on patient preferences, informing patients of appointment details, accurately recording all appointment information in the EHR system, and addressing scheduling conflicts or access issues with empathy and efficiency. The advocate will also collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care and respond promptly to patient inquiries and support tickets.
