Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a Billing Operations role and proficiency in Excel. Experience with ERP systems like Zuora and/or Salesforce is preferred. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines are essential. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve issues independently, work collaboratively cross-functionally, and participate in flexible timezone meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are also required. Experience in the SaaS/technology industry and with international teams is desired.

Responsibilities

The Billing Operations Analyst will ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoice generation. This includes responding to customer inquiries, reviewing and validating customer contracts across multiple systems for financial data accuracy, and ensuring correct provisioning of contracts. The analyst will also participate in new process implementations, operational improvements, and system enhancements, contributing subject matter expertise. Key tasks involve assisting with Payment Portal uploads, ensuring customer entitlements are provisioned correctly, gathering and formatting large data sets for billing reporting, and participating in month-end close activities such as managing recurring billing, approvals, and customer credits. The role also includes participating in external and internal audits as needed.
